I never thought that the day would come that I’ll say: “I have too many clothes!” But it happened. It’s true at some point, because I have a miniscule closet so yeah, my clothes don’t fit it anymore. I had to move some in the clothes rack out in the hall.
When I really think about it, they aren’t that many because I never get to wear all of these clothes. Some don’t fit me anymore but I still keep them in the hopes that someday I’ll be able to squeeze myself in them. Others are gifts and some of them are just not my style or they don’t flatter my figure, but I don’t want to hurt anyone’s feelings so I keep them still.
And while I’m on the topic of clothes… OMG I DON’T KNOW WHAT TO BRING TO SHANGHAI NEXT WEEK! I’m having this urge to shop right now but I can’t because I have to save whatever money I have for the trip. GAHHHH. Considering the number of clothes I have, I hope I come up with something at least pleasant to look at because let’s face it, I’m no Chanel Iman. And no matter how much I think stuff would look good on me, a few never do just because I’m a Queen Latifah of the Kingdom of Curvy and Glamorous, and not a Kate Moss of the Thin and Gorgeous Alexander McQueen-land. But you know what they say once you kill a cow, you gotta make a burger CONFIDENCE IS KEY so yeah, to hell with everybody! RANTS!!!
Seriously, I don’t even have luggage yet. And I’m at my biggest weight ever so somebody kill me now please. And while we are on the topic of clothes and Shanghai, WTH Calvin Klein is having a show there this weekend with none other than the gorgeous Carmen Electra and I won’t be there until next week. Where is the justice? Well, it’s not as if I’ll be able to go to the show, but I can claim bragging rights just by being there at the time of this big designer showcase, yes? Well, no. But indulge me with this dream. Anyway, it’s CALVIN KLEIN, so hell yeah.

And oh. I missed blogging! Hi guys!
Holy Weekend: Easter Sunday

I got bajillion photos from our recent trip during the Holy Week weekend which wasn’t actually too holy for us. For the first time ever, we never stepped into a church during the Holy Week. Before, no matter where we were, we always make it a point to visit a church especially during Good Friday. This year, we all got lazy. Uh-oh.
So anyway, back to blogging about our trip. And since this is the last part of this blog series, prepare for a VERY VERY VERY long post!
After having breakfast at the hotel, we headed straight back to Dahilayan Adventure Park in Bukidnon.
Holy Weekend: Black Saturday

We travelled north to Bukidnon early Saturday morning. We went to this spring resort recommended by the friends we were with at Camp Sabros. Giant slides, “cable car” ride, zip lines, and the whole works. My sibs only availed the pool though while I stayed in our table. We stayed long enough for lunch.
Second stop was the dairy store near CMU. We drowned ourselves with Milk Bars and bottles of chocolate milks! NOM NOM NOM.
Before going to Cagayan, we stopped over at Dahilayan Adventure Park to check it out. It was already after 5pm so we couldn’t avail of the facilities anymore. But the place was great. It was raining that day, so 4000ft above the ground, we were shivering through our teeth! Loves it!
An hour and a half later, we were checked in at our hotel in Cagayan, Harbor Lights, and were off to Lim Ket Kai Mall to explore. The place was big and empty. LOL. After texting my Tito for dinner suggestions, we finally settled at Bourbon St. in The Site. I’ll make a food review soon! The owner was kind enough to sit at our table, chat a little and take photos. After, as per Zhaun’s suggestion, we went to Candy’s for some desserts. The place looked great, but Lachi’s still win in the desserts department! TEEHEE.
All in all, it was a very long day! After settling in at the hotel, we all headed straight for bed as it was going to be another long day for us the next day!
okthxbye
Holy Weekend: Maundy Thursday

Maundy Thursday was spent in Digos. We had lunch at my grandmother’s, and then went to join some friends from our hometown up the mountains to Camp Sabros. 3 zips, one an 820m ride downhill, and a cable car ride later, we were still at it with our cam whoring.
We then spent a very “quiet” day at home for Good Friday.
okthxbye

Frustration
April 2nd, 2010 § 2 Comments
I’m a frustrated and trying hard photographer/model. LOL
And because I couldn’t sleep yet, allow me to share some of the photos I took of my sibs today while we were in Digos.
Black and White
These photos were taken at my grandmother’s house in Digos City.
Natural Light
Application of the “rule of thirds”. Taken outdoors at Camp Sabros in Kapatagan.
Portraits
Photos were taken using a Sony Cybershot (Black and White, and Natural Light) and Samsung point-and-shoot cameras (Portraits). Frustrated indeed, yes?
okthxbye
