Down to the Sea We Go
February 22nd, 2010 § 1 Comment
What better way to spend the weekend than sliding down into the sea with your very best friends?
Above is a collage of the highlight of Eleat’s Sunday Fun at Maxima. Click on the photo to maximize it.
You can check out the full photo album in my Multiply, but if you insist, below are selected photos from our adventure.
After going to Maxima two Sundays ago with my family, and last Sunday on a road trip with Frank and RB, now I’m back with two elements from my past two Sundays together: Maxima and Eleat!
After failing to convince the rest of the gang to join us, it ended up with AbeOmz (officially my fave couple in the world), Frank and I, as usual.
Despite the body pain, the gut churning nerves, and the by-tomorrow-these-bruises-will-turn-purple, we had a whole lot of fun!
I’m too tired to share today’s story now though. I think I may look like a lobster, and I really really need a massage soon, and oh HEAPS OF WHITENING PRODUCTS. I digress.
First stop, THE ABYSS (40m Slide). Frank was so brave to have tried the “twisting slide” which made him hit the water face first. OUCH! It was fun to look at though. The slide will lead you to a 120-ft-deep water!
Omay and her very painful first slide
Abe did the “tumbling” at the diving board but I wasn’t able to get it. SO CONFIDENT!
Me and my favorite couple. Omay is drifting away……
Fun shots at the trampoline!
Lunch!
Loved the weather. It goes from cloudy to sunny, but mostly cloudy so YAY.
My goodness. The climb back to the parking area was exhausting! It was about a hundred steps up! (I’m not exaggerating here! It really felt like it!)
AbeOmz showed some loving loving. They even posed with Joey! Yep. Definitely lovey-dovey. Been together for almost 5 years now! They’re celebrating their anniversary on March 15.
Canopy Walk for the first timers!
And finally… a proper photo of me during the drop at the end! Forgive the abundance of adipose tissues though.
Group photos!
I really had a great time! Though it was a bit boring because none of us were scaredy cats – we all braved every slide, jump, walk, fall, and body pain with little encouragement! HAHA.
So that’s it for another Eleat adventure!
okthxbye
This was so fun talaga. wish ko lang na kasama rin natin the rest of the brus. But monday morning was hell. ang sakit ng buong katawan ko!!!haha
